What the plan looks like

Like a doctor's prescription, It’s a 2 to 3 pages long easy to follow PDF document that lists:
  • Foods and drinks you should or shouldn’t take
  • Recommended herbal supplements
  • Recommended therapies
  • LIfestyle changes
  • No physical products are included.

Which supplement is better?

Let’s say Supplement A is good for muscle cramps and regulating Blood Sugar Levels but what if a patient is already on diabetic medicine. In this case, the Nutritionist will switch to Supplement B which is also good for muscle cramps but does not interfere with the diabetic medicine. Clearly, relying on Google for self-medication can be harmful.

Dosage, a key factor

Dosage is another key factor. Here's an example. If you are suffering from frequent muscle cramps at night, as the first step, your nutritionist will probably recommend a diet rich in magnesium (no supplements, just food). However, if your condition does not improve with diet alone, the changes are that your nutritionist will recommend taking some form of magnesium supplements and monitor your progress. This is the power of the continued support from your dedicated nutritionist.
