Purchase Options
All purchases are subject to product availability and successful payment authorisation at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
Order Dispatch & Responsibility
Our obligation is limited to processing and dispatching orders within the stated handling timeframe, using either the default shipping option or the delivery option selected by the customer at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.
Customs & International Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays, holds, or non-delivery where goods are retained, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities in the destination country or any transit country.
Customs clearance processes, inspections, duties, taxes, and import restrictions are entirely outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Such delays or holds do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks once the order has been dispatched.
