Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Diagnostic Tests (Important Exception)

Diagnostic and laboratory test services are non-refundable once your sample has been dispatched to the laboratory. This is because we must purchase a non-refundable test kit from the laboratory and incur non-refundable international courier costs (often from the UK to the US).
You may, however, request and receive a 100% refund at any time before your sample is dispatched to the laboratory.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food, supplements, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Diagnostic test kits once dispatched

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receipt of the returned item. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
