Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
This additional offer does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Your Right to Cancel Online Goods Orders
Unless a statutory exception applies, you may cancel your order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct an amount for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For returns requested outside the statutory cancellation period under our additional 30-day offer, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any seals intact.
Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Returns
Exceptions apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Food supplements are not automatically excluded simply because they are supplements. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
These exceptions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Diagnostic and Laboratory Services
You may request a full refund before your sample is dispatched to the laboratory.
After sample dispatch, any refund depends on the work already performed, unavoidable costs and your statutory rights. Dispatching a kit or sample does not, by itself, remove statutory cancellation rights.
Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, starting the service during that period requires your express request. Any permitted charge following cancellation will be proportionate to the service supplied. The cancellation right is lost on full performance only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Your rights concerning services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill remain unaffected.
Nutrition Consultations
You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule once free of charge by giving at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments, any charge will reflect our actual loss, taking account of costs saved and whether we can refill the appointment. It will not exceed the appointment fee.
Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly.
Where statutory cooling-off rights apply, they take priority over these appointment terms. Any early start requires your express request, and any permitted charge on cancellation must be proportionate to the service supplied.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
Email info@drsheikh.net or drsheikh.net@gmail.com, stating your order number and what you wish to return or cancel. Any clear statement of cancellation is sufficient.
Please contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. Prior approval is not a condition of exercising your statutory cancellation rights.
We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or payment record.
You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights. A delay in reporting does not automatically remove those rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer change-of-mind exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a separate order. This does not affect any statutory right to a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.
For statutory goods cancellations, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where we offer to collect the goods, the applicable deadline is 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling.
When you cancel an entire goods order under your statutory rights, we also refund standard outbound delivery costs. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable.
For other eligible returns under our additional 30-day offer, we aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days after receiving the goods.
Service cancellation refunds will be made within any applicable statutory deadline. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.
